Audience demographics. 
     Understanding the audience demographic of a media company when is extremely important. Audience analysis is a starting point for any media project, you need to figure out your audiences demographics such as, how old they are, where they live, their interests and anything that's appropriate for what your media project is, for example I have asked Kelly what music she is in to and referred to other media such as television, to produce a music magazine it is essential to find out what their lifestyle and interests are and what type of music they listen to as this helps sum up your target audience and what type of people will buy your magazine. The more you understand your audience the better your chances of capturing their attention.
